You or your doctor can send a new prescription to Citizen Pharmacy through escript or fax.

Citizen Pharmacy offers delivery of over 300+ prescriptions which includes controlled and refrigerated medications. We also offer delivery of some common medications.
We only accept original documents for all your handwritten prescriptions. Any picture of handwritten prescription or faxes are not accepted.
